New research paper published: AI-Dentify

We're thrilled to announce the publication of our groundbreaking AI-Dentify study in BMC Oral Health, marking a pivotal milestone for Boneprox. This significant achievement highlights our commitment to leveraging artificial intelligence to revolutionize dental diagnostics, particularly in the accurate detection of dental caries.

Our research has demonstrated that AI can significantly enhance diagnostic precision, reduce false negatives, and surpass traditional methods. This breakthrough underscores the transformative potential of AI in improving patient care by providing dental professionals with a more accurate and efficient diagnostic tool.

The project utilizes one of the largest datasets ever compiled for training object detection models for caries detection, establishing a new standard in the field. In collaboration with SINTEF, one of Europe's largest independent research organizations known for its vast multidisciplinary expertise, and Kompetansesenteret Tannhelse Midt Trøndelag FKF, a county municipal company dedicated to specialist treatment, research, and tailored care within dental services, this publication marks a significant leap forward in our mission to advance dental care through AI.
